Sorry for the lack of posts Thursday and Friday. We were digging ourselves out of yet another blizzard and our internets kept going out. We did make it up to Vermont Friday night for our last Killington weekend of riding (powder!), drinking baileys and hot chocolate, making s'mores by the fire and waiting two hours for garlicky wild mushroom pasta that was totally worth it. I know, most of you are probably so ready for spring by now, especially if you live on the East Coast. But I have one more snowboarding weekend to go - this time, in Utah - and I cannot.wait. Four days until Park City.
Incidentally, have you ever had s'mores with Trader Joe's chocolate peanut butter bars? I love the regular Hershey's milk chocolate squares, but if you want something different and you're obsessed with peanut butter, like I am, you should try it.
I'm dying to make these next time.
