I'm back from Utah, where we were lucky enough to arrive Thursday night in the midst of a snowstorm. (I'm not being sarcastic, for once.)
It was my first time ever snowboarding in powder out west, which is lighter and fluffier. It's like eating ice cream your whole life and then trying gelato. They're both good, but seriously - one's a little better. We experienced that floating sensation that is probably one of the best feelings on earth. We rode for three days straight, and on the fourth day, we rested - shopping in Park City and getting massages. It sounds luxurious, but it was kind of necessary - muscles I didn't even know I had are aching right now.
ps. The road to Snowbird is like a magical fairytale forest.
pps. I thought I'd pay homage to Abbie (she's awesome) today by playing with text size.
